Born in Zadar 1959
Studied Art History and Philosophy at Zagreb University. Since 1995 is a director of Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rijeka, Croatia. From 1987 – 2005 was a director of Gallery Miroslav Kraljevic in Zagreb, where he worked on more than 280 exhibitions of Croatian and international artists. Curator of many other exhibitions such as “Ambijent 90” in Sarajevo and Rijeka; “Blind Date” in Zagreb, Rijeka and Split; “Prostor i zidovi” in Rijeka. He organized a two-year program of retrospective of Croatian video art 1997 – 2001 “Frame by Frame”, which was shown in Croatia, Hungary and Poland. He had initiated a gallery-web for Croatia in early 1997 and was working as on-line curator of Croatian artists. He was a teacher, festival selector and jury member as well as a writer of diverse texts for catalogues and magazines.
