Anna Anders Born 1959 in Munich, Germany. Lives in Berlin and Cologne. Artistic work with video since 1986 (short clips and installations). Graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich. Postgraduate study at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln/Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM). Assistant professor at the KHM. Guest lecturer at the Bauhaus University, Weimar, department for visual communication. Since 2006 professor at the Universität der Künste Berlin (UdK), design faculty, institute for time based media.
