How to operate with Infofactory?

There are some similarities between the main form of the renaissance production system - manufactory; and the basic productive unit at the end of our century - infofactury. Both of them are connected to the division of very specialist labour in which every involved individual could and should understand the notion and signifi-cance of the whole. That whole is to be understand both on the level of internal production chain, as well as on the components of product. In addition, both periods stress the focus to the deep and transparent interrelations with sur-roundings based on personal knowledge, atti-tude and relations.
The similarities again occur on the level of size of productive unit: they are small and effective. The requests of infofactury as productive unit are even smaller in comparison of the manufactory - up to five persons reach the best results. Internet management of both of them is dependent on human relations and sense of unison, mission and ability to undertake common goals. Finally, the aesthetic dimension is deeply integrated in any product as well as in the way of thinking and behaviour.
In the appearance of the first has been the clear sound that history of purely individual hand-made work id past, then the appearance of the second is a sign that world in which we dominated unpersonal and disintegrated products has gone. Of course, there are another dangers of the way of operating of infofactury. One of them is unique ability of infofactury to destroy division of working and not-working time. As "normal" consequences of such trend people involved in this new type of organisation unit - thanks to the constant activity of informational networks and flow of information - in a particular sense work (or should work) 24 hours per day. That is why the last remains of the Western idea of life that has been build up more than two thousand years - embodied in term "vita contemplativa" has become pure past. The knowledge is separated from the wisdom and contemplation. The role of the infofactury as well as prevailing productive unit of our age in this process is crucial.
